Scott Bentley

After 42 years in business involving computer programming, computer-aided design software, underwater robots, and beer kegs, Scott Bentley has retired and is devoting the majority of his resources to philanthropy.  As CEO of Switchpoint, he has recruited a small but stellar team to assist charities with fundraising and board development.  

Nathaniel C. Guest, Esq.

The managing director for the Switchpoint Foundation and a lifelong Pottstownian.  He is an adjunct professor of city and regional planning at Cornell University and the executive director of the Colebrookdale Railroad Preservation Trust. He is the former Chairman of Preservation Pennsylvania, the Commonwealth’s conservation advocacy organization. He has served on the board of directors of the Schuylkill River Heritage Area, the National Railway Historical Society, and the Heritage Rail Alliance.  Has founded numerous charitable organizations and raised over $100M in support of them.  He is a graduate of Cornell and Temple Law School and is the recipient of the Burton Prize for Legal Writing.

Chris Tomlin

The Development and Strategy Advisor for the Switchpoint Foundation and has extensive fundraising experience through hundreds of fundraising campaigns. He has provided guidance, conducted comprehensive, capital, and annual campaigns, and led fundraising teams with positive results and accomplished goals.  Chris has raised over $150MM for large and small organizations throughout the Philadelphia Region over the past 20 years.
